The cooperative has a closed production process, ensuring food safety and hygiene according to ISO 22000 standard. Main raw materials for the production of glutinous rice wine are Dong Trieu Golden Flower Glutinous Rice and yeast made from 30 different herbs. Glutinous rice is washed, cooked, mixed with yeast. The rice incubation process follows the traditional method combined with a dedicated fermentation tank. The rice incubation period is 30 days or more for the rice to be eligible for distillation. White wine is distilled by a modern multi-stage tower system with detoxification and removal of aldehydes. Thus, characteristic, fragrant and quality flavor of Huy Hoang Glutinous Rice Wine is created.
